After approx. 6 month of using Gentoo as main OS I've faced necessity of reinsalling Gentoo. Some CFLAGS optimizations, along with profile change and repartitioning of HDD made me think like "why not?". Also, as experience growth, I can see, that no full reinstalls will follow. I plan using Stage4 from now, as it's not that hard.

Complete reinstall also means, that I'll describe specifics of DELL Inspiron 1501 gentoo install process that I have faced. Nearly all config files will be availiable on this site. Also, I'll try to blog my future experiments, as they seems not to be severe anymore.
